You must prioritize your health!  Success in any other area of your life won't mean much at all if you're not around to enjoy it.  This is why I will never teach about how to be successful in anything without first addressing the importance of taking great care of your body.  Even the health of your mind begins with how well you treat your body.  Regardless the subject matter, know that I will always speak from a perspective that prioritizes health.

Spiritual Wellness

There is no greater form of wealth than health!

"Physical Wellness" is the overall health of your body.  This pertains to your ability to perform physical activities, the performance of your bodily organs and systems, and your body's ability to recover from illness and/or repair itself.  Physical wellness is achieved through healthy nutrition, proper exercise, and adequate rest.
